Dear Members, Neighbors, Community Partners, and Guests,

We pray all is well with you and your family as we usher in a new season together. The strength and unity of our community continue to shine, and we have much to celebrate from the past months. Some of our recent accomplishments include but are not limited to:

  • Advocating for Improvements: Successfully secured new sewer infrastructure and resurfaced roads benefiting approximately 1,200 homes.

  • Supporting Our Youth: Allocated $5,000 in scholarships to outstanding North Babylon High School seniors.

  • Beautifying Our Community: Enhanced the Nevada Road Triangle community gardens, and Little East Neck Road and Hilltop Avenue Entrance Sign with accent landscape lighting, creating a vibrant and inviting space for all.

  • Hosting Memorable Events: Welcomed over 600 neighbors to the July Summer Concert Series and Fall Festival, fostering fellowship and joy.

We remain dedicated to building upon these achievements and are actively working on initiatives to further enhance the quality of life in Belmont Lake Estates. Ongoing projects include:

  • New Welcome Sign & Garden: Adding a touch of pride at the southeast corner of Straight Path and Edison Avenue with new trees and flowers.

  • Illuminating the Neighborhood: Installing landscape lighting at Belmont Avenue and Essex Street.

  • Recreational Enhancements: Expanding amenities at the Brennan High School Field.

  • Commemorating Our Legacy: Promoting our Memorial Brick Walk at the Mount Avenue Triangle to honor our community’s history.

We encourage you to invest in our shared vision by supporting the Belmont Lake Civic Association. You can contribute through the links below:

Our diverse and historically African American community has thrived on Long Island through unity, resilience, and collective efforts. Together, we are committed to preserving our neighborhood’s beauty, safety, and values for future generations. If you see an issue or have suggestions, we are here to listen and assist.
